Under the <strong>Rules<\/strong> menu on the left, you will see a list of actions you can automate using Rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In general, the rules have two key functions &#8211; they prevent you from losing money by <strong>cutting underperformers<\/strong>, or help you <strong>scale by boosting overperformers<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are the different types of rules you can create on Facebook:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pause campaigns, ad sets, ads, placements, GEOs, or devices <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activate campaigns, ad sets, ads, placements, GEOs, or devices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adjust campaign or ad set budget <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clone campaigns, ad sets, or ads<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply dayparting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adjust ad set bids<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca1<strong>NOTE<\/strong>: In the next sections, we will present a few different rule examples. Please note that these examples are simply there to show you what you can do with our automation tool.
