This rule will automatically clone and set live ad sets that have spent more than $50 in the past 3 days, and resulted in positive ROAS. <\/p>\n\n\n

Step 1: <\/strong>First, you will need to fill in some general rule information<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Choose a specific name<\/strong> for your rule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Optionally, you can group similar rules<\/strong> together.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Choose the data time frame<\/strong> for this rule. In our example, we are considering data from the past 3 days. This can be adjusted according to your needs, and it ranges from \u201ctoday\u201d to \u201clast 90 days\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
You have the option to exclude data <\/strong>from this interval. This is important for search arbitrage advertisers who are working with estimated revenue data and need to exclude today, or today & yesterday, from their optimizations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Step 2:<\/strong> Next, select your rule conditions<\/strong>. Choose from over 100+ metrics, or create your own custom metrics, to build rules. You can add as many conditions as you need. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are focusing on two conditions – ad set spend has to be over $50, and ROAS needs to be higher than $1. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

Step 3:<\/strong> Optionally, you can include<\/strong> or exclude<\/strong> ad sets from this rule. If you only want the rule to apply to specific ad sets, include them via the drop-down list. If you do not wish to make changes to certain ad sets, exclude them from the rule. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Step 4:<\/strong> Now, select which campaigns<\/strong> you want to apply this rule to. You can manually select campaigns, or you can use the filter on the right, to bulk add all active campaigns, all paused campaigns, or filter campaigns by a keyword. <\/p>\n\n\n

Step 5: <\/strong>Indicate how many copies<\/strong> of these profitable ad sets you want to create. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Step 6:<\/strong> Finally, you need to schedule the rule & alerts<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

First, choose how often you want the rule to run. It can be as often as every 10 minutes, once per hour, or daily at specific times of the day. Since we are cloning ad sets, we can choose to do it \u201conly once\u201d, to avoid continuously setting new ad sets live.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
You can set your rule to \u201cAlert Only\u201d, \u201cExecute\u201d, or \u201cExecute & Alert\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
The first option will not make any changes to your campaigns, but it will notify you via email, Slack, or Telegram when the rule conditions have been met. This can be used if you want to identify winning ad sets in real time, but instead of cloning them automatically, you prefer cloning them manually and editing them before setting them live.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
\u201cExecute\u201d will immediately apply the rule and not send you any notifications about it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
\u201cExecute & Alert\u201d will apply the rule, and also notify you whenever the rule has been applied.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
