If you are using Voluum’s tracking solution for your TikTok campaigns, you can still benefit from TheOptimizer’s campaign management & automation features.
To connect Voluum as your tracker, follow these steps:
Step 1: On Account Wizard, select the TikTok ad accounts you wish to connect to Voluum. Click on Next.
Step 2: Now, you can connect your Voluum tracker account. Simply click on “Add new” and select Voluum from a drop-down list of trackers. Before proceeding to the next step, you will need to get the Access Key ID and Access Key directly from Voluum.
💡NOTE: You can find your Voluum Access Key ID & Access Key information by logging into your Voluum account and going to Settings > Security > Access Keys. Click Add new key.
Generate Access Key > Enter the name and password, then click Save. Copy the generated details so you can paste them on TheOptimizer for the next step.
Step 3: Fill in the Access Key ID and Access Key, along with the other required information. Select an account nickname and add the tracker currency & conversion registration time reporting, as specified on your Voluum General Settings. Entering Custom Domains is optional, you can add custom domains used to generate your campaign links on Voluum (besides your default Voluum tracking domain).
Step 4: To complete the integration, you need to connect your selected TikTok accounts to Voluum. Select from the drop-down list which of the traffic source configurations found in your Voluum tracker belongs to the TikTok account you are trying to match.
💡NOTE: Please make sure all the required traffic source tracking tokens are already present in your Voluum traffic source configuration. In case one of the required traffic source tracking tokens is missing in your configuration on Voluum, please make sure that besides updating the configuration on your tracker, you also update your campaign links.
